What I do

I lead engineering teams and design technology strategy for fast-moving startups, with a focus on Career Tech, EdTech, HR Tech, and applied AI. My work spans architecture, hiring, product direction, and the kind of hands-on coding that keeps a team honest about what is actually shippable.

I pair deep engineering practice with a business perspective earned through an MBA and several years of founder and advisory work. That combination is what I bring to product decisions: I care about code quality, but I care more about whether the thing we are building can survive contact with real users and real unit economics.
