Open to engineering leadership roles

Engineering leader building and scaling multi-product SaaS.

I owned technology end-to-end for a three-product SaaS company — from inception to 40+ schools and 24,000+ active users. Architecture, infrastructure, teams, and delivery.

Wibisana Putra Setyanegara
Engineering leader · multi-product SaaS

I build and lead the engineering behind SaaS products — owning architecture, standing up teams, and staying close enough to the code to make the hard calls myself.

My work runs from health-IoT device integration to multi-tenant platforms serving tens of thousands of users. Most recently I founded Trikala to build Sekolah Unggul, a school-operations ecosystem where I own the whole stack — from the exam engine that autoscales for hundreds of concurrent students down to the custom RFID hardware. I pair that engineering depth with an MBA and PMP-certified delivery practice.

01
Design for load before it arrives.
02
Stay close to the code you own.
03
Ship, measure, then scale.
How I lead
Cadence Inherited an unstructured delivery process and established the full rhythm — backlog brainstorming, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and end-of-sprint UAT — stabilizing release predictability across three products.
Mentoring Recruited, onboarded, and mentored engineers across backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps — including building contributors from scratch into productive team members.
Validation Ran proof-of-concepts and technical research to validate architecture decisions myself before committing the team to implementation.
Prioritization Owned product direction alongside engineering — prioritizing the roadmap against revenue and long-term B2B adoption, not just technical elegance.

Founder

PT Trikala Solusi Indonesia
  • Built and run Sekolah Unggul, a multi-tenant school ecosystem — CBT exams, library, assignments, gamification, parent monitoring, and attendance — serving ~500 paying students across 3 schools.
  • Engineered the CBT exam system for bursty concurrent load: ~290 students testing simultaneously with data consistency and no downtime, on Redis and auto-scaling GCP Cloud Run.
  • Own the full stack end-to-end: backend, cloud infrastructure, and custom RFID attendance hardware on ESP32.

Chief Technology Officer

Elang System Solusi Indonesia

Sole technical leader from company inception; owned engineering, architecture, and technology strategy across three products.

  • Built and led a cross-functional engineering team across three product lines — backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps; recruited, onboarded, and mentored engineers, including building contributors from scratch.
  • Established the full delivery cadence — backlog, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and end-of-sprint UAT — stabilizing release predictability across products.
  • Architected and operated multi-tenant cloud infrastructure on AWS as the sole infrastructure owner, using Kubernetes, Terraform, and an Istio service mesh.
  • Led Ezzi School to 40+ schools and 24,000+ active users; designed and deployed its custom IoT attendance hardware alongside the cloud software.
  • Owned product direction and roadmap, prioritizing features against revenue and long-term B2B adoption.

Frontend Engineer (Contract)

Widya Imersif Teknologi
  • Built the kiosk UI and monitoring dashboard for an IoT health-screening platform (blood glucose, blood pressure, vitals) used by partner companies.
  • Integrated IoT health devices — wearable trackers and face/temperature-recognition hardware — into the platform.
  • Took on CI/CD pipeline setup and automated deployments beyond the core frontend scope.

Engineering evidence, not a product catalog — the problem, the decision that mattered, the scale it reached, and the stack behind it.

Ezzi School

Led at Elang System

A SaaS school-management and cashless platform I led at Elang System — scaled to 40+ schools and 24,000+ active users, with a team I built and infrastructure I owned end to end.

Problem Schools needed one reliable platform for management, cashless payments, and attendance — consistent across dozens of campuses.
Decision A multi-tenant cloud platform on AWS (Kubernetes, Terraform, Istio service mesh), built and operated as the sole infrastructure owner.
Scale Grew to 40+ schools and 24,000+ active users across three product lines.
Team Built and led a cross-functional team — backend, mobile, QA, and DevOps — and set the delivery cadence from scratch.
Hardware Custom IoT attendance on ESP32 with RFID/NFC and ZKTeco biometric integration, deployed alongside the cloud software.
